Description

Many of the Sichuan Province's signature dishes incorporate one key ingredient: Sichuan peppercorn. Students will make traditional dishes from Sichuan featuring flavors that are spicy and numbing such as favorites like kung pao chicken, mapo tofu and wok-fried string beans.

All classes are hands-on and end with a seated meal unless otherwise stated. Wine is served in class.
