Romesco Avocado Toast
What you need:
- Sliced multigrain bread
- Haven’s Kitchen Red Pepper Romesco
- Pea shoots or baby greens
- Maldon salt
How to make it:
- Slice the bread approximately ½-inch thick and toast according to your preference.
- While the bread is toasting, thinly slice avocado and radishes.
- Spread the Haven’s Kitchen Red Pepper Romesco on the toast and top with sliced avocado, radishes and pea shoots.
- Season with Maldon salt.
