What you need:

  • 1 large, whole grain or sprouted grain wrap 
  • 1/3 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice 
  • 1/3 cup cooked black beans 
  • 1 cup steamed kale or collard greens 
  • 2 tablespoons Haven's Kitchen Romesco

How to make it:

  1. Pile the quinoa or rice, beans, and greens along the center of your whole grain wrap. Drizzle with Romesco. Wrap and serve!
