Thanks to not one, but two full-scale kitchens (two full-scale bars, too), our carriage house is one of the only venues in Manhattan where professional cooks and chefs feel at home. Culinary talent from all over the world share their flavors and talents right here in Chelsea.
In order to celebrate the South Carolina Chef Ambassador Program, an initiative to promote the culinary and agricultural finesse from the Upstate to the Lowcountry, we hosted seven of S.C’s brightest female chefs and mixologists. These chef ambassadors took over both of our kitchens to prepare seasonal specialties with all South Carolina-grown ingredients for a taste of true Southern hospitality.
