The bounty of summer brings tender greens, cucumbers, tomatoes and shelling beans. In this class, we’ll learn how to make foods that require little to no use of a stove to keep ourselves as cool as possible. We'll prepare a variety of salads with both classic and innovative flavor combinations, and chilled summer soups to accompany them. Our instructors will show you how to make templates to expertly compose an impromptu salad, and you'll learn how to enhance flavors with saltiness or a variety of acids, then sit and enjoy the fruits of your labor with a crisp wine.

All classes are hands-on and end with a seated meal unless otherwise stated. Wine is served in class.
