Winter Supergreen Soup


4 servings

What you need:

    • 1 bunch swiss chard, chopped 
    • 1 bunch kale, de-stemmed, chopped 
    • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets 
    • 1 can cannellini beans 
    • ½ bunch parsley, thin stems and leaves 
    • 2 cups water 
    • 1 pouch Haven’s Kitchen Chimichurri Sauce

    How to make it:

    1. Place chard, kale, broccoli, beans and parsley into a stockpot with 2 cups of water and simmer for 10 minutes 
    2. Blend half of the mixture until smooth, squeezing the Chimichurri in to combine 
    3. Add the blended mixture back to the soup and serve
