Honey-Miso Baby Back Ribs

Chef Tip: To achieve tender and juicy grilled ribs, make sure to marinate them for at least 3 to 4 hours. This allows the flavors of the Gingery Miso, soy sauce, and honey to penetrate the meat, resulting in a deliciously flavorful bite. But if you're short on time, feel free to eliminate this step. As you grill the ribs, baste them with additional Gingery Miso every 5 to 10 minutes to intensify the flavor and create a beautiful glaze.

STEP 1

Whisk together ¾ pouch Gingery Miso, soy sauce, and honey. Cut the ribs into 4 bone pieces and season generously with salt and pepper. Toss in the Gingery Miso mixture, cover, and marinate 3-4 hours.

STEP 2

Preheat the grill and remove ribs from the refrigerator. Grill ribs on all sides until charred and cooked through, about 35 minutes. Baste with additional Gingery Miso every 5-10 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
