What You Need:

How to Make It:

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Cube and drain the tofu
  3. Toss with coconut aminos and let sit for 5 mins
  4. Then toss with cornstarch and coat with nutritional yeast
  5. Bake (ideally on a rack for crispness) for 30-40 minutes, rotating if you don’t use a rack
  6. Once baked, add a squeeze of Golden Turmeric Tahini
