Crispy Tofu with Golden Turmeric Tahini

Serves 4
What You Need:
- 1 box of extra firm tofu
- Coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- Nutritional yeast
- 1 pouch of Golden Turmeric Tahini
How to Make It:
- Preheat oven to 425
- Cube and drain the tofu
- Toss with coconut aminos and let sit for 5 mins
- Then toss with cornstarch and coat with nutritional yeast
- Bake (ideally on a rack for crispness) for 30-40 minutes, rotating if you don’t use a rack
- Once baked, add a squeeze of Golden Turmeric Tahini
