One Pan BBQ Eggs & Hash Browns

What you Need:

How to Make It:

  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add a glug of oil and, when it shimmers, add the frozen hash browns. Season with a large pinch of salt and cook, breaking them up with a wooden spoon, until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes
  2. Create 4 wells with the back of the spoon. Gently crack the eggs into the wells
  3. Partly cover the pan with a lid for 4-5 minutes or until the egg whites have set
  4. Sprinkle eggs with Parmesan and drizzle with Tangy BBQ Sauce
