Romesco Roasted Cauliflower 'Steaks'
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
What you need:
- 1 Head of Cauliflower
- 1 pouch Haven’s Kitchen Roasted Red Pepper Romesco
- 1 tbsp of Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
How to make it:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and slice your cauliflower into 1 inch ‘steaks’, leave the large stem at the bottom so it holds together
- Toss Cauliflower in a large bowl with Romesco, olive oil, and salt
- Place Cauliflower on a parchment lined baking sheet, baking for about 20-25 minutes, flipping once at the half way point
