Romesco Roasted Cauliflower 'Steaks'

Cooking Time: 25 minutes

Serves 4 

What you need:

  • 1 Head of Cauliflower
  • 1 pouch Haven’s Kitchen Roasted Red Pepper Romesco
  • 1 tbsp of Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste

 

How to make it:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and slice your cauliflower into 1 inch ‘steaks’, leave the large stem at the bottom so it holds together
  2. Toss Cauliflower in a large bowl with Romesco, olive oil, and salt
  3. Place Cauliflower on a parchment lined baking sheet, baking for about 20-25 minutes, flipping once at the half way point
