Gingery Miso Salmon Salad

Serves 4
- 1 head of Napa cabbage, chopped
- 2 seedless cucumbers, cut into thick matchsticks
- 1 cup of snap peas, cut in half
- 1 avocado, cut into cubes
- 2 filets of salmon, baked or roasted, flaked
- 3-4 scallions, chopped
- 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Gingery Miso Sauce
- ¼ cup black sesame seeds
How to Make it:
Add all of the ingredients and toss with sauce!
