Loaded Impossible™ BBQ Nachos

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Serves 6

 What you Need:

  • 1 tbsp of Cooking oil, we like avocado oil, olive oil, or grapeseed oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1, 12 oz package of Impossible™
  • 1 pouch of Haven's Kitchen Tangy BBQ sauce
  • salt
  • 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 large bag of tortilla chips
  • 3 cups shredded cheese, Mexican blend or Cheddar(or vegan sub)
  • 3 jalapeños, sliced
  • 1 large tomato, or a bunch of cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 avocado, chopped

How to Make Them:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat, then add oil. Add onion, and cook until soft (about 5 minutes) Add Impossible™
  3. and cook for another 4-5 minutes, until the Impossible is completely browned
  4. Add about ¾ pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Tangy BBQ sauce and a pinch of salt. Add the black beans and cook for a few more minutes
  5. Spread the tortilla chips onto a parchment lined baking sheet and top with cheese and Impossible-beans
  6. Bake for about 8 minutes until cheese is melted and golden
  7. Drizzle on more Haven's Kitchen Tangy BBQ sauce and scatter the jalapeños, tomato, cilantro and avocado over the top
