Roasted Broccoli with Golden Tahini, Dates, and Pistachios

What You Need: 
How to Make It:
  1. Preheat oven to 425. Cut the broccoli in even pieces, toss with a glut of olive oil, pinch of salt and roast for 25-30 minutes
  2. Meanwhile toast and chop nuts and chop the dates
  3. When broccoli is ready, toss it with the nuts and dates
  4. Serve on a bed of Golden Tahini
