Tangy BBQ Ribs

Serves 2
What you Need:
- 1 rack baby back ribs
- 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Tangy BBQ Sauce
- Salt
How to Make it:
- Removing the silver skin on the backside of the ribs with a spoon, then lightly coat each side of the ribs in about ½ pouch of sauce
- Let stand for 30 mins at room temperature and while waiting, preheat the oven to 300F.
- Wrap ribs in aluminum foil and place on a sheet pan lined with a bakers rack in the middle of the oven
- After 2 hours, check ribs for doneness. They should easily pull away from the bone
- Remove the ribs from oven, unwrap them from the tinfoil and raise the temperature to 400F.
- Brush more BBQ sauce over the ribs and cook, uncovered for about 5 minutes to sauce is hot and glazy
