Zippy Harissa Deviled Eggs

Serves 4

What you need

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt 
  • White wine vinegar
  • Haven’s Kitchen Zippy Chili Harissa 
  • 3 chives, cut into ¼ inch pieces 
  • Paprika

How Make Them

  1. Place the eggs in a medium saucepan of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Once the water boils, cut the heat and cover the pot. Cook for 9-10 minutes. Transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water, let them cool for a minute, then peel under running water and set aside
  1. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolk
  1. Mash the yolks with the mayonnaise, a pinch of salt, a splash of vinegar, and 1/4 pouch of Harissa to make a smooth mixture
  1. Generously spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Garnish with the sprig of chive and the paprika
