Creamy Chimichurri Mushrooms

Serves 6
What you need:
- 3 tbsp butter
- Salt
- 1 lb button and/or cremini mushrooms, cut into bite sized pieces
- ½ cup white wine
- Heavy cream
- 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Herby Chimichurri
How to make them:
- In a large pan over medium-high heat melt the butter. Add the mushrooms and a pinch of salt. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned and slightly tender. The mushrooms will release water, then start to brown
- Add in the wine, a splash of heavy cream, and about ¼ pouch of the Chimichurri. Stir and cook until about ½ of the liquid evaporates and mushrooms are nicely coated in sauce
