Creamy Chimichurri Mushrooms

How to make them:

  1. In a large pan over medium-high heat melt the butter. Add the mushrooms and a pinch of salt. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned and slightly tender. The mushrooms will release water, then start to brown
  2. Add in the wine, a splash of heavy cream, and about ¼ pouch of the Chimichurri. Stir and cook until about ½ of the liquid evaporates and mushrooms are nicely coated in sauce
