Herby Chimichurri Stuffing

Herby Chimichurri Stuffing

Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Serves 5


What You Need:

  • Olive oil⁠
  • 6 stalks of celery, chopped⁠
  • 2 shallots, chopped⁠
  • Large bag of unseasoned stuffing⁠
  • 2 cups veggie broth
  • 1lb of shiitake mushrooms, no stems, sliced
  • 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Herby Chimichurri⁠

How to Make it:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Heat a large sauté pan, add a glug of oil, then sauté the celery for a minute. Add the shallots and the mushrooms and cook on medium till tender
  2. In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix with the broth and Chimichurri
  3. Add the celery, shallots and mushrooms to the bowl and combine⁠
  4.  Pour the mixture onto a rimmed baking pan, and bake for 10 mins. Toss and bake for another 10 minutes
