Watermelon Feta Salad with Chimichurri

What you Need:
- 4 cups cubed watermelon
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 pouch Haven's Kitchen Herby Chimichurri
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, roughly chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
How to Make It:
- Place cubed watermelon onto serving platter and season with salt and pepper.
- Add half a pouch of Haven's Kitchen Herby Chimichurri and give the melon a gently toss.
- Top with crumbled feta, more Haven's Kitchen Herby Chimichurri, and garnish with fresh mint.
