Cooking 101
We love an easy wrap that has tons of colors, flavors, and textures. This simple ground turkey wrap has crunchy cabbage, creamy avocado, protein packed black beans and our smoky romesco, and comes together in less than twenty minutes.
Chef Tip: This recipe is so easy, we don’t have any serious tips—just don’t forget to rinse those beans!
Oil for cooking
1lb ground turkey (beef, impossible meat, or lamb works too!)
1 can black beans, rinsed
4 Large Tortillas
1/2 head green cabbage
1 avocado, in slices
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat

Squeeze in about 1/4 pouch of Romesco, then add the beans and cook for about 2 more minutes
Warm or toast the tortillas then add sauce, cabbage, turkey and avocado 🥑
