Chimichurri Breakfast Pizza

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Serves 4

What you Need:

  • Olive oil
  • Ready-made pizza dough (4-6 servings)
  • 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Herby Chimichurri
  • 2 balls of fresh mozzarella, strained and chopped
  • About 2 cups of sliced shiitake mushrooms, sautéed
  • 3 eggs

How to Make It:

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees
  2. Grease a deep baking dish with oil then stretch out the dough in the pan. Squeeze in about 1/4 pouch of Chimichurri, then add the mozzarella and mushrooms
  3. Bake for 10 minutes
  4. With the back of a large spoon, make 3 divots in the pizza and crack the eggs into them
  5. Bake for another 7-10 minutes
