Rotisserie chicken, Wildbrine's Korean Style Kimchi, and Chili Bang Bang Aioli are the perfect toppings for this simple yet satisfying rice bowl.
Chef Tip: For added crunch and texture, sprinkle sesame seeds over the bowl just before serving.
1 cup rotisserie chicken, chopped
¼ pouch Haven's Kitchen Gingery Miso
1 ½ - 2 cups cooked rice
¼ head butter lettuce, separately into individual leaves
¼ avocado, sliced
sesame seeds (optional)
Chop rotisserie chicken and toss with Gingery Miso.
Add cooked rice to a bowl, and top with butter lettuce, and chopped rotisserie chicken.
Top bowl with avocado, Wildbrine's Korean Style Kimchi, a drizzle of Chili Bang Bang Aioli, and sesame seeds. Serve.
