How to Make It:

  1. Preheat oven to 400° degrees F
  2. Arrange the lemon slices on the bottom of the baking dish. Then place the cod fillets on top. Drizzle with about ½ pouch of Chimichurri
  3. Bake for 13 minutes, until the fish is cooked through. Add another squeeze of Chimichurri, salt to taste, and serve with the ends of the lemon
