Chimichurri Roasted Turkey

Chef Tip: For maximum flavor infusion, gently loosen the skin from the turkey breast and spread the Chimichurri-butter mixture underneath before roasting. This helps keep the meat moist and allows the seasonings to penetrate, creating a succulent dish.




Preheat the oven to 325°F. Pat turkey breast completely dry with paper towels and place it on a sheet tray. In a small bowl, combine butter and Herby Chimichurri. With clean hands, spread butter all over the turkey breast, making sure to spread some under the skin.


Roast turkey until the internal temperature reads 160°, about an hour and a half.


Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
