Gingery Miso Salad with Salmon patties
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
What you Need:
- 2 pre-made salmon patties
- 2 handfuls of snap peas, cut into slivers
- ¼ head of red cabbage, shredded
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Gingery Miso sauce
How to Make It:
- Cook the patties.
- Toss the snap peas, cabbage, scallions and avocado with a squeeze of Gingery Miso sauce. Top with the cooked salmon patties
