Air Fryer Artichoke Hearts

A crispy, savory snack isn’t too far away with just 5 ingredients and an air fryer. Ditch the chips for crispy, cheesy artichoke hearts.

Chef Tip: Thoroughly drying the artichoke hearts will remove all excess moisture, ensuring the crispiest, crunchiest finished product.

STEP 1

Preheat air fryer to 390F. Drain artichoke hearts and cut artichoke hearts in half. Put artichoke hearts in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and Haven’s Kitchen Herby Chimichurri

STEP 2

Toss gently with a spoon until the artichoke hearts are completely coated. Arrange artichoke hearts in the air fryer basket, cut side facing up

STEP 3

Cook for 10 minutes until slightly crisped and well-browned. Plate artichoke hearts & sprinkle with coarsely-grated Parmesan.
