Salt
1/2 baguette cut on the bias into 1/4-inch slices
Olive oil
Salt your beef tenderloin and sear it in hot cast iron. Flip and sear the other side.
Combine goat cheese and Herby Chimichurri. Cut ½ baguette on the bias into ¼-inch slices.
Rest your beef tenderloin, then slice against the grain. Assemble the crostini with a schmear of chimichurri goat cheese, then with a slice of beef tenderloin. Top with more herby chimichurri and enjoy.
