Pineapple chunks and shrimp are charred to perfection on a grill or grill pan and served with Gingery Miso sauce.
Chef Tip: Skewers are the perfect way to get clean grill marks on every single thing you're cooking. Make sure you let everything cook long enough to see those char marks!
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb. pineapple chunks
Salt and pepper
Neutral oil
Skewer shrimp and pineapple onto soaked wooden or metal skewers. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat a grill or grill pan until smoking, and brush with neutral oil. Grill skewers until shrimp is cooked and pineapple is charred, about 3-5 minutes per side. Serve with Gingery Miso.
