Cooking 101
We love the simplicity of a salmon patty, and the omega-rich fish pairs perfectly with the robust flavors of ginger and miso. This easy salad is full of protein, crunch, and flavor and just takes a few minutes to prepare.
Chef Tip : Cook the salmon patty to your desired doneness. We love a crispy exterior, so a grill pan usually does the trick in providing a crisp char.
2 pre-made salmon patties
2 handfuls of snap peas, cut into slivers
¼ head of red cabbage, shredded
3 scallions, chopped
1 avocado, sliced
Lime
Toss the snap peas, cabbage, scallions and avocado with a squeeze of Gingery Miso sauce. Top with the cooked salmon patties
