Cooking 101
We love this one-pan dinner because it comes together in just 15 minutes!
Chef Tip: If you don't have a grill pan, you can also use a cast iron pan.
1 lb. salmon
3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 bunch asparagus
1 lime
Salt and pepper
Haven’s Kitchen Gingery Miso
Trim asparagus and heat the grill or grill pan. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, juice of ½ the lime, and ½ pouch Gingery Miso. Brush all over salmon.
When the grill is hot, add asparagus and salmon and grill until cooked through, about 10-12 minutes for both the asparagus and salmon.
Sprinkle salmon and asparagus with juice from the other half of the lime, and serve with lemon or lime wedges.
