A delicious, herby twist on a traditional matzo (or matzah) ball soup— packed with flavor and time-saving tricks!
Chef Tip: You can customize this recipe by adding in your favorite veggies!
1 onion, diced
4 carrots, diced
32oz chicken stock
Salt
Matzo Ball Mix
Heat a 1/4 of a pouch of Herby Chimichurri in a soup pot or small Dutch oven over medium heat
Add the onions and carrots. Sauté for a minute. Add the stock and bring it to a simmer. Add salt to taste
Make the Matzo balls according to the package instructions (we like Manischewitz Matzo Ball Mix) and add in a squeeze of Herby Chimichurri
Add the matzo balls to the soup & serve hot
