Think velvety goat cheese mingling with Haven’s Kitchen Herby Chimichurri, all encased in a golden pie shell. It'll have your kitchen smelling amazing.
Chef Tip: Let your inner artist shine! Before serving, give your Tomato Tart a final flourish by drizzling extra Herby Chimichurri. Watch those colors pop and flavors soar! And remember, the more cherry tomatoes, the merrier.
1 store-bought pie shell
8 oz. goat cheese, at room temperature
Salt and pepper
1 beefsteak tomato, sliced
2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
Flakey sea salt, for serving
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Parbake pie crust for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix goat cheese and ½ pouch Haven's Kitchen Herby Chimichurri. Season with salt and pepper.
When the crust comes out of the oven, spread the goat cheese into the bottom of the shell. Top with sliced beefsteak tomatoes. Bake an additional 30 minutes, until crust is completely cooked through.
