Coconut Cashew Roasted Chicken Wings

These three-ingredient chicken wings couldn’t be easier. We love baking wings, maybe even more than frying! The skin gets super crisp while the meat gets fall-off-the-bone tender. The fragrant lemongrass and garlic in our Coconut Cashew will transport you straight to a tropical beach.

Chef Tip: Roasting the wings on a rack makes sure all the sides gets crispy. If you don’t have one, make sure you flip the wings halfway through cooking so both sides get crisp.


1 Lb. chicken wings

Haven’s Kitchen Coconut Cashew Sauce


4-5 sprigs of cilantro, chopped



Preheat oven to 400°F


In a large bowl, squeeze half of the Coconut cashew sauce onto the wings and lightly toss them with salt. Let it marinate for at least a half hour


Place the marinated wings onto a baking sheet lined with a baking rack. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the wings are golden brown.


Remove the wings and toss with another quarter pouch of the sauce and the cilantro. Serve immediately
