Crispy Chicken Wings with Thai Dipping Sauce

Skip the mess and air fry these game-day-ready chicken wings with a spicy, coconut dipping sauce.

Chef Tip: Apple juice is the secret ingredient of our Coconut Cashew Sauce. It lends a sweetness to the creamy sauce, while lime juice give that acidic punch. Together, they create a perfect marriage of flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. chicken wings, at room temperature and patted dry

  • Salt

  • ½ tbsp. cumin powder

  • Olive oil spray

  • Haven’s Kitchen Coconut Cashew Sauce

  • 1 lime juiced

  • ½ cup apple juice

  • 1 shallot, finely chopped

  • ¼ bunch cilantro, chopped

  • A pinch of red pepper flakes

Steps

Step 1

Preheat your air fryer to 400F.

Step 2

In a large bowl, toss the wings with a pinch of salt and cumin powder until well coated

Step 3

Spray the cooking tray of the air fryer with olive oil spray and evenly space out the chicken wings with sufficient gap in between

Step 4

Cook the chicken wings for 10 minutes on one side, flip and continue to cook for 7 more on the other side or until both sides are golden and crispy.

Step 5

In the meantime, prepare your dipping sauce by combining ½ a pouch of the Coconut Cashew sauce, lime juice, apple juice, cilantro, pepper flakes. Add salt to taste and set it aside

Step 6

When the wings are ready, serve them immediately with the dipping sauce.
