These baked wings are a crowd-pleaser and are super easy to make! Skip adding spice directly to the wing seasoning and offer a side of Zesty Jalapeño Aioli.
Chef Tip: This is a perfect candidate for an aioli swap! Any one of our aiolis works as a dipping sauce with this recipe! Bake the wings on a rack for ultimate crispiness.
2 pounds chicken wings
Sea salt
Optional: Haven’s Kitchen Herby Chimichurri or other BBQ sauce
Preheat oven to 400°F
In a large bowl, toss the wings with sea salt and about half a pouch of the Herby Chimichurri sauce. Let them marinate for 20-30 minutes
Arrange the marinated wings onto a baking sheet lined with a baking rack. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the wings are golden brown. Remove the wings and toss with another squeeze of Herby Chimichurri. Served drizzled with the Zesty Jalapeño or use it as a dunk!
