Cooking 101
A fresh Thai noodle dish equally delicious served hot or cold! We added sugar snap peas, shredded carrots, micro greens, and of course our Coconut Cashew sauce. We love this recipe because it's completely customizable with veggies you have on hand & it's perfect for a picnic.
Blanche your sugar snap peas and immediately put them in an ice bath so they stay nice and crisp!
