Crispy, juicy, and totally irresistible – our Baked Chicken Fingers are about to become your ultimate comfort food! These golden goodies are coated in panko breadcrumbs for that perfect crunch, while our Golden Turmeric Tahini brings some complex flavor.
Chef Tip: Let your oven get nice and hot before tossing your chicken fingers in!
2 lbs. Chicken tenders
Salt and pepper
3 eggs
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
Olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
Preheat oven to 425°F. Set up a breading station: In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and season with salt and pepper. Add panko to another medium bowl.
Pat chicken dry and dip in egg, dripping off excess. Coat in breadcrumbs and add to a parchment-lined sheet pan. Repeat with remaining chicken fingers.
Bake until browned and cooked through, 35-40 minutes. Meanwhile, make dipping sauce by whisking together Golden Turmeric Tahini, honey, and thyme. Serve chicken fingers with the dipping sauce.
