2 racks lamb lollipops
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved and tossed with salt and olive oil
1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Basil, for serving
Heat a grill pan over high heat for 5 minutes, until nearly smoking. In the meantime, combine yogurt and ¾ pouch of Golden Turmeric Tahini and season with salt and pepper.
When grill pan is ready, grill lamb on both sides until charred and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.
Serve lamb chops over tomato salad, with yogurt sauce on the side. Garnish with thinly sliced basil.
