Not only is this Gazpacho beautiful, but it is SO refreshing and ready in minutes. The perfect recipe for those lingering hot summer days. Our Golden Turmeric Tahini is a match for fresh cucumbers in this recipe, and we love the sesame seed + dill garnish!

4-5 seedless cucumbers, cut into chunks
1½ cups plain Greek yogurt
1 lemon
½ a bunch Dill
Salt
1 Tbsp. Black sesame seeds
Olive oil
Combine the cucumber, yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill, and salt to taste in a blender and blend until smooth
Garnish with a swirl of Golden Turmeric Tahini, sesame seeds, and a glug of oil. Serve Chilled
