Grilled Lime Chicken

STEP 1

Pat chicken dry with paper towels and add to a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, lime zest, lime juice, and olive oil. Let that marinate while you heat your grill or grill pan.

STEP 2

When grill pan is just near smoking, add chicken and grill until there are grill marks and chicken is cooked through, about 4 minutes per side.

STEP 3

Serve with avocado, rice, and a drizzle of Sunshine Chili Aioli, or your favorite Haven’s Kitchen Aioli.
