Grilled Peach Salad with Golden Tahini

Life’s a peach! When you’re needing a boost of summertime joy, this easy salad feels fancy without being fussy. Simple grilled peaches get a touch of lime juice, olive oil, fresh tomatoes, and creamy mozzarella cheese composed on a platter and drizzled with honey and Golden Tahini for a sweet and savory delight.

Chef Tip: The peaches don’t need to cook on the grill, you just want the sugars to caramelize and get some charring for that smoky flavor. A minute or two on each side is fine.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, sliced in half and pitted

  • Glug of Olive oil

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

  • 1 lime, halved

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella pearls

  • Handful of fresh mint

  • Haven’s Kitchen Golden Turmeric Tahini

  • Honey, to drizzle

  • Sourdough bread, for serving (optional)

Steps

STEP 1

Drizzle sliced peaches with olive oil, salt and pepper and toss to combine. Grill for about 2-3 minutes per side or until grill marks appear. Also place halved limes on the grill, cut side down for 2-3 minutes

STEP 2

Assemble the salad. On a large platter layer grilled peaches, tomatoes, mozzarella pearls and mint. Squeeze grilled lime over the dish

STEP 3

Drizzle with Haven's Kitchen Golden Turmeric Tahini and honey before serving. Serve with grilled or toasted sourdough bread
