Mixing sauce directly into the meat for burgers is an easy way to elevate a plain burger. Top it with fresh herbs and veggies for a super colorful and satisfying meal.
Chef Tip: Start with a hot pan and make sure you give each side of the burger plenty of time to form a crust on each side.
1 lb ground beef
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 burger buns, sliced in half
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
1/4 cup pickled onions
Salt and pepper, to taste
Mix your ground beef in a bowl with half a pouch of Golden Turmeric Tahini and season with salt and pepper. Shape into 4 equal patties
In a large skillet, heat your olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook your burgers 3-4 minutes per side for medium. Set aside to rest for at 5 minutes
Wipe out the pan of the excess drippings and toast your buns for 1-2 minutes until golden
To assemble your burgers, place the cooked patties on the buns, top with sliced cucumber, and a generous drizzle of Golden Turmeric Tahini. Garnish with pickled onions and fresh dill.
