Roasted Broccoli with Golden Tahini

We love any excuse to eat roasted broccoli, it’s just so good! Our golden tahini gives it a lemony, nutty kick that’s next level, and pistachios and dates add a rich touch that makes this dish look super elegant.

Chef Tip: Cut your broccoli in even pieces so it all roasts at the same rate.




Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut the broccoli in even pieces, toss with a glug of olive oil, pinch of salt and roast for 25-30 minutes


Meanwhile toast and chop nuts and chop the dates


When broccoli is ready, toss it with the nuts and dates


Serve on a bed of Golden Tahini
