Chef Tip: To keep the chips crispy, serve them immediately after assembling. If preparing ahead, keep the components separate and assemble just before serving to ensure the best texture.
1 lb ground beef
Olive oil
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
Salt
Taco toppings: such as guacamole, pico de gallo, jalapeños, shredded cheese, and sliced black olives
4 individual-sized bags of Fritos or tortilla chips
Heat oil in a large cast iron pan on medium-high heat. When hot, add ground beef and break up into crumbles.
Add taco seasoning, and continue to cook until beef is completely cooked through.
Cut a slice on the top of each chip bag. Top with ground beef, taco toppings, and a drizzle of Chili Bang Bang Aioli
