Butter Garlic Green Goddess Shrimp

All it takes is 15 minutes to make this zesty, garlic-packed shrimp dinner.

Chef Tip: Devein shrimp by using a paring knife to gently slice a slit through the length of the back of the shrimp. You'll see the grey colored vein right away and can pull it right out. If you want to skip this step, you can purchase shrimp that has already been peeled and deveined.



Step 1

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter on medium high heat. Add the garlic and sauté until it turns aromatic

Step 2

Add the shrimp and salt. Cook the shrimp for 1 to 2 minutes per side until almost opaque, turning them with tongs.

Step 3

Just before shrimp are fully cooked, squeeze in ½ a pouch of the Edamame Green Goddess and continue cooking for 30 seconds, stirring continuously.

Step 4

Garnish with the lime zest and serve immediately with toasted sourdough or buttered noodles or just by themselves!
