Cooking 101
Deviled eggs: the first dish to run out at every potluck! If you want to be that person who brings the winning item to every cook out, you’re going to want to bookmark this recipe. It couldn’t be simpler to make, all you need are boiled eggs, Green Goddess, and some mayo!
If you’re not sure how to boil eggs, here’s our favorite way: Carefully place the eggs into a pot of boiling water, then set a timer for 7 minutes. While the eggs cook, make an ice bath. When the timer goes off, transfer the eggs into the ice bath to stop the cooking and cool them down. (This step will also make them easier to peel!)
6 boiled eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Salt
Paprika
Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolk
In a medium bowl, mash the yolks with the mayonnaise, a pinch of salt, and ½ pouch of the Green Goddess to make a smooth mixture
Generously spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Garnish with the paprika and serve chilled
