Your favorite viral salmon rice bowl just got updated with a drizzle of Herby Yuzu Aioli!

1 cup cooked white rice
1, 8-oz. Salmon filet
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 scallion, sliced
Nori sheets, for serving
Lime wedges, for serving
Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange salmon on a parchment-lined sheet tray and coat with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and bake until salmon is cooked through, 12-14 minutes. When the salmon is done cooking, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Break up the salmon into smaller pieces with a fork.
Meanwhile, add rice to a serving bowl. Top with salmon and scallions, and drizzle Herby Yuzu on top.
Serve with lemon wedges and nori sheets.
