Ingredients

  • 2 ears of corn, shucked and corn cut off the cob

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 4 oz. crumbled feta

  • Salt and pepper

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1/4 pouch Herby Yuzu Aioli

  • Chopped mint, for garnish
