Ground turkey is far from boring in this feta, veggie, olive, and Green Goddess-packed meatloaf. Just mix and bake!
Chef Tip: In any ground meat recipe, egg acts as a binding agent, helping the meat and fixings come together as a homogeneous mixture.
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 small jar sliced roasted red peppers, drained
1/2 cup kalamata olives, sliced
4 oz. feta, crumbled
Nonstick spray
Combine turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, peppers, olives, feta, and 1/2 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Edamame Green Goddess in a large bowl.
Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray and tightly pack turkey mixture into pan. Top with another squeeze of Edamame Green Goddess.
Bake 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve.
