It's pizza night! A fun twist on traditional Pizza Margherita, drizzle with your pick of Haven's Kitchen Aioli to give every slice a flavorful twist.
Chef Tip: Preheat your oven for at least 20 minutes before baking
1 store-bought pizza dough, brought to room temperature
Olive oil
Salt
1 cup of tomato sauce
1 8-oz. ball mozzarella, thinly sliced and patted dry
Basil
Preheat the oven to 500°F. Place a sheet pan in the oven and let heat for 30 minutes.
Roll dough into a circle and place on hot sheet pan. Drizzle olive oil over dough and sprinkle with salt. Par-bake dough for 5-7 minutes.
Spread the sauce over the dough and top with mozzarella. Bake until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is crispy, 7-10 minutes. Top with basil leaves and a drizzle of aioli.
