Air-Fried Romesco Cauliflower Nuggets

Skip the chicken for cauliflower nuggets flavored with peppery romesco and crisped in the air fryer.

Chef Tip: Cut cauliflower into florets by slicing the whole head of cauliflower in half lengthwise for a better view of where the florets separate from the stems.




Preheat your air fryer to 375F


In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with ½ a pouch of the Romesco sauce, garlic powder, salt, and a glug of olive oil


Evenly space out the cauliflower in a single layer on a lightly greased air fryer tray and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, or until fork tender and slightly browned. Serve immediately
